Called to see if they could squeeze me in the next day for an inspection. You could tell from the reaction that they were busy but the gentleman was courteous and said I could drop my car off in the morning and they'd call when it was done. Dropped it off and an hour later they called to say it was finished. I couldn't pick it up as fast as they had worked on it. I will be coming back here.

Called these guys up to see if they'd do an alignment + inner tie rod R&R, Mike picked up and was super helpful straight away. Asked if it was possible to do it same day since I have to work this weekend + buy xmas gifts next week, and he was able to fit me in without a hassle. I had the brand new parts on hand, and he assured me it wasn't a problem to put them on. (Goodyear, Monro, and NTB all declined to put my parts on!) very upfront about pricing, parts are included with their estimates too, which they text you before you even get to the building. as of 12/24, it's $180 to do the R&R ($260 if you're not bringing the parts in), and $90 for a FWD alignment. Smooth drop-off process, and super convenient location also. Will absolutely be doing business with these guys in the future. Also a U-Haul Rental Location! I only saw box trucks though, so if you need a pickup or a trailer, call and see if they offer it.

These guys are honest and fair. Brought my car in to try to diagnose a weird noise. They ultimately referred me to the dealership but they didn't charge me for taking a look. Really appreciate their ability to get me in quickly and their kindness not to charge when it would have been well within their right to do so. Will definitely be back with any future repairs or maintenance!

Went in today with the impression that I need all four of my break pads replaced. The car went back, and they began working on it. The man (presumably the owner) came back out and showed me a picture of my front break pads stating that they were on great condition still and didn't want to take my money. That's some real integrity for someone who could've easily taken advantage of the situation. The prices were also fantastic.

Mike explained all that was to be done and the PRICE-- BEFORE HAND. Ran into an issue with my tire on my Toyota RAV 4 and he addressed it RIGHT THEN. A FAIR PRICE --expecting much higher. Can't say enough--HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tire and Brake Outlet!!!

These guys are great! Prices are fair and service is fast (when possible). My first experience was over the phone when I couldn't get my flat tire off ( so cal transplant, I never had to deal with a rim stuck on from salty rust) the guy on the phone walked me through it when I was late for work. I've been coming back ever since.

Mike and the team here are great! I had a tire alignment and front brakes done here! They are very accommodating. I called a couple days before and was able to get in on a Friday for my alignment. Then I scheduled an appointment for the following week for brakes. They are very fair on prices and will not have you replace something just to do it like bigger companies will. One of my best automotive experiences!

Thank goodness for Mike, he is an angel on earth. An honest mechanic that charges a fair price is definitely out of this world. My car arrived from a west coast move with major damage to the brakes and being new in town I had no idea who to turn to. The reviews for this shop led me here and google for once did not lie. Mike gave me a spot on price and took good care of Betsy. Betsy is an 05 Toyota Carolla and some mechanics try to upcharge me for all kinds of extra stuff she does not need. Not here. Honest and thorough and very experienced.

Had an alignment and due to several components in the front end, the alignment machine couldnt do its job properly. They gave me a printout stating such as well as a parts list. After getting these components swapped out, had an 11a appointment and was out of there within the hour. Fast/thorough service!

I had my brakes done elsewhere and they began to make an awful noise thought they needed broken in beings they were cheap I took my car to Mike and Derek and car is fixed at a fair price. Charged me a fair price for diagnosing and repairing a problem with the TPMS on my Volvo. Alexandra Clemons' review may be unfair. Replacement of a Bentley brake line just might run you more than $900, depending on which line it is, how many actually need replaced, the fact that a proper OEM replacement is not standard steel brake line (system runs at relatively high pressure for an automotive braking system), and other factors. The unfair part is two things. One, brakes are the most important part on a car and although you don't need gold plated brakes they are fairly high precision systems and are not serviced that often either -- so you probably don't want the low bidder to work on them and cut too many corners. The other is that without knowing details of what that SUV's line replacement entailed it's hard to say if $900 was high or not. Based on my experience with the folks at Nutz and Boltz, it probably was not a crazy number, all-in, although yeah I'd ask at least a question or two because, well, it sounds "salty."

My son's car overheated yesterday on his weekend getaway to Pittsburg. It was the holiday weekend most shops were closed and those open were booked solid. Was given their number by another shop and they were able to service his car 1st thing this morning. They were able to get me two new tires for pretty cheap, and squeeze me in the next day even though they were busy. I did have to wait about an hour and a half but that was because the mechanic was out getting some used tires. They also topped off my break fluid and didn't charge me for that. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
